The nearby shopping mall and restaurants add to the convenience of the location.

One negative aspect is that the hotel lacks clear signage outside the building, which can make it difficult to find for first-time visitors.

The apartment layout is practical for families and the bathroom and laundry facilities are good. Safe and quiet building with nice views from the balcony or big windows.

I had a good stay in this city. The hotel's location close to the tram station was perfect, making it easy for me to explore the area. The hotel facilities were great, and the cleanliness of the apartment was excellent. The fact that there was parking available in the basement was a great convenience. being situated in a shopping mall close by was a bonus, as I could easily purchase any necessities.

The location was convenient, with a hypermarket nearby and the metro station just a short walk away. The staff, especially Galina, was friendly and helpful, providing us with useful information about the city and always being ready to assist.

One small thing that could be improved is the variety of breakfast items. It would have been nice to have more options to choose from.
